One project they’re especially proud of is the recent upgrade to Carly’s CRM analytics dashboard—improving performance, automating reporting, and enabling the Marketing team to make faster, data-informed decisions. They’re also the minds behind the Carly Community, where AI and backend innovation have helped grow active users since launch.

Building the Backbone: The Backend & System Integration Team
Meanwhile, the Backend & System Integration team ensures everything just works. From authenticating users to managing content delivery, they are the architects behind Carly’s product stability and scalability.

Recently, the team built a standardized authentication and schema validation system, improving platform reliability across the board. They also launched features like the repair & maintenance cost tool and custom CMS for content delivery—solutions that directly improve both the user experience and internal efficiency.
