A key tool in this process is our Team Sentiment Survey, a platform where our teams’ voices are acknowledged and considered. The thorough analysis of their opinion guides our actions, prioritizing the most impactful areas for improvement highlighted by our team.

Firing Up the Engines: From Conceptualizing to Launching
Every quarter, we kick-start a journey of discovery within the first weeks with our Team Sentiment Survey. After the Quarterly Kick-off, a company wide review of our highlights, learnings and next steps, we allow two weeks time for thoughts and experiences to solidify. It’s within this window that we update the survey from the previous quarter. Our Team Sentiment survey is carefully crafted with both recurring and new questions. It guides us towards an understanding of ongoing concerns and trends relevant to each quarter.
Real Feedback, Real Changes
Once drafted and shared, our team has one week to complete it anonymously. We don’t just encourage participation; we hype up the importance of their voices as a whole, the chance to help shape factors of their working experience. We delve deep into each question, quantifying the emotions and remarks of our team. The meeting of numbers and feedback helps us uncover the most dominant topics within our team’s sentiment. These topics unlock vast potential within the company’s progress, which the People Team gathers and presents in the form of insights and top key learnings.
It's not just about listening; it's about acting upon what we hear
The learnings from the survey serve as the guiding light for our subsequent actions. With the data deciphered, the outcome is a deep understanding and, most importantly, implementation of actions that maintain the spirit of positivity and innovation.
We prepare a presentation where we walk our entire team through the numerical results and how they lead to our key learnings; and the grand finale of our presentation: our action plan — an exhilarating showcase of our commitment to our lively working culture. Following our team’s identified consensus on different topics, we tailor each step to continue making every day fruitful, packed with high-energy events and game-changing initiatives.
To sum it up, within the first six weeks of each quarter, our whole team has a clear vision as to how Carly will continue fostering our healthy culture and working environment. Your feedback is a crucial part of this journey, so keep those collective ideas coming!
